Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return. The merchandise has to be shipped back in the original product packaging. We will not accept products with missing parts. Make sure there is sufficient padding to prevent breakage during shipping. 
 
Please include a copy of your invoice for faster processing. All returns will need to be returned through USPS.
*** After 30 days please refer to the individual item for manufacturer's warranty. The item will need to be shipped back to the manufacturer (not us) for any replacement(s). Warranty information can be found on their website or on packaging.


Due to new Covid-19 guidelines, we CANNOT accept returns on the following items once they have been opened: straight razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, etc. Items with manufacturer's defect will have to be returned to its manufactures for replacement. Special order items, including barber chairs, cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders. Packages take about 3-5 business days via USPS to the 48 US contiguous states. Other states and US territories may have slightly longer delivery times. During holidays or poor weather, packages may arrive within 4-7 business days.
 
Shipping Information
Anyone or more of a few possible factors may affect the delivery time of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the weather or USPS issues. We ship packages on Monday - Saturday. USPS does not accept packages on Sundays and all observed holidays.
 
International Customers
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is available to the US states and territories only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
